Business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays not included. Shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. Billing and shipping addresses MUST match.

Your order will be shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority mail.
-When will my order ship?
All bundle orders take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.
All “Ready-to-Wear” orders ship in 10 business days or less.
“Ready to ship” units ship next business day.
-When will I receive my tracking #?
You will receive an email with your tracking #, notifying you that your order has been shipped. Shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. If you have not received a tracking number after processing days, please contact us via email.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All wig units are non-refundable.
