Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays)

All bundle orders require 5-7 business days to process prior to shipment.

Custom wig orders take 7-10  business days for processing and construction.

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery via FedEx or USPS Priority mail.

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has been fulfilled.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Juice EXT is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided.

All bundles sales are final.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. Exchanges and returns are not accepted.

For custom wig orders, please ensure accurate head measurements are provided prior to purchase.
